Born in the Virgin Islands, Chef Winston Williams had an undeniable passion for the culinary arts from an early age. Chef Williams came to the United States where he studied at the Florida Culinary Art School where he studied culinary arts, bakery and pastry, restaurant management, culinary management and catering management. His culinary philosophy and passion reflects the seductive tastes of Caribbean cuisine and down-to-earth lifestyle of the Americas.
Over the years Chef Williams has brought his delicious cuisine to some of Florida’s top restaurants and establishments including the Boca Raton Resort and Club and The Breakers of Palm Beach. The knowledge that Chef Williams gained while cooking in these kitchens couldn’t satisfy his desire to begin his own catering company and in 1999 Chef Williams opened Catering CC.
